MinePass has a Slack/IRC channel available for players to interact with developers and admin staff.



  1. Login to the Portal at https://portal.minepass.net
  2. In a new window visit https://minepass.slack.com/signup
  3. Enter your player name and be sure to select the domain that matches your player type.
  • MC = Minecraft
  • OS = OpenSource (Ex. Minetest)

Click Create Account and return to the Portal


After a few minutes... you'll receive a new message on your Portal dashboard.



Open the message, click the link, and you'll be logged into Slack.



If you don't receive the dashboard message, repeat the procedure and please double check that you've selected the correct domain when signing up.
After that feel free to open a support ticket so that our staff can help you further.
